This Giveaway has ended.
I am finally able to schedule my thank you giveaway {or Merci Giveaway} for everyone who put up with my posts leading up to our move from New York to Ohio. It was stressful, tense, exciting and anxiety producing all at the same time! So, thank you, my friends, for putting up with me!
I’ve been putting together quite a few things, and there may be a few surprises other than what I’m showing you here. I teased you a couple of months ago with these pillows.
Next there is this great tote. It is recycled and makes for a nice size bag to bring to work or for shopping.
This little French notebook. The pages are unlined and ready for your words of wisdom or just jotting down that phone number. There are also two pockets, in the front and back covers, for those loose pieces of paper. Perfect for your purse or car.
This unframed French print.
A piece of blue and brown toile. The blue is more of an aqua and there is probably enough to get a pillow out of it.
To enter this giveaway, please leave me a comment telling me about a blog post of mine {prior to this one} that you liked. If you are a “quiet” follower or reader, this would be a great time for you to speak up and leave a comment. Again, there may be a few little surprises added in to this package as well.
For additional entries, you can:
- Take my giveaway button, put it on your sidebar with a link back here and come back and let me know in a separate comment;
- Blog about this giveaway with a link back here, come back and let me know in a separate comment;
- Tweet about this giveaway, come back and let me know in a separate comment.
Due to shipping costs, this giveaway will be restricted to the U.S. and will end on December 1, 2011, midnight EST. You do not need to have a blog, but you need to leave me an email address for contact. Winner will have 48 hours to confirm their win or another winner will be chosen.
This Giveaway has ended.

ReplyDeleteWow, Kathy, fabulous giveaway!!
P.S. I think you had a post about something you can use to cover up holes in the wall (not putty, something different). Was it you? If so, I forgot the name of it!

Hi Kathy,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your Goodwill Finds post when you first moved to Ohio, because it was fun to see what you found. I'd love to be entered in your give away.

Hi Kathy,
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm one of the more "quiet" readers. I especially love your posts on your thrift/vintage/craig's list finds. I'm pretty much the same way. I get such a thrill seeing other people create a unique home from vintage and thrift items. It's like you are giving these often neglected and forgotten objects a new life.
Thanks for the great giveaway. The pillows are amaaazing!
I also tweeted about this giveaway!
ReplyDeleteToo many to choose from! I will say one of the most inspiring posts which encouraged me greatly to move ahead with a "dead" project of my own, was on your FINISHED rescued dresser. Your finished product, from the painted finish, to the use of baskets, the great knobs and clay tags, to staging the top of the dresser, etc. remains as one of the most creative, inspiring DIY rescues I've ever seen. Fun giveaway!

Kathy I have to say my face post of yours is the Alice and Wonderland one you did with your grand baby!! I just loved that post!
ReplyDeleteJust posted on my sidebar Kathy!
ReplyDeleteI thought I had posted a comment but it must have been when I was having trouble doing so. I love your recent post "I went in for a lampshade", I can so relate to that. I remember your post about your crafting area before you moved. I was inspired by your great use of the space and loved the fabric you used.
ReplyDeleteI just added your giveaway button to my sidebar. I am a little late with but told people to hurry over.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy all your posts but my favorites are the thrifty finds. You find some great stuff, like the white dresser. Loved that.
ReplyDeleteI just started following your blog. What a great giveaway! I found you on pinterest and your blog is just beautiful! My favorite blog would have to be the little dresser that you did with the spray painted baskets. (The pic I found on pinterest)I love everything that you did with table! Perfection... :)

I liked your post on Goodwill Finds - I don't utilize Goodwill too often - perhaps b/c it's been very busy the times I've gone & I haven't wanted to fight the crowds, but your post encouraged me to stop in there a little more often to see what I can find. :-) Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your blog, but my favorite post was telling how to make the fancy wooden letter tray! I am a musician, and now have the wooden trays on my book case! The lining paper is old sheet music and the "pulls" are "G" clef buttons that I found. The trays look so cute and are VERY functional!! Thank you for telling me how to make the tray!
