What I’ve Got So Far For The Holiday Market

I’ve got lots of ideas running around in my head of what to make and bring with me to the Holiday Market I’m participating in come November.  I know it seems early, but I know that it will be here before I know it and I want to be ready!  Can I show you some of what I’ve got so far?

I decided to bring this French bread board {done in French Linen with just clear wax} since it is heavy and shipping would be equal to the price if I put it in my Etsy.

This French Market wood tote, also painted in French Linen with clear and dark wax.

I’ll be bringing a few tea towels with a Fall/Thanksgiving theme, but I will keep the majority Christmas related since Thanksgiving will be a week away at the time of the market.  You know how right after that everyone starts getting their Christmas stuff out!

I’m also bringing along this framed magnetic memo board.  I fell in love with this fabric that I found on Etsy and thought it would work well with this frame I painted in ASCP Pure White.

Another piece that I think might be too big for my Etsy.  I’ll have a couple of different memo boards as they seem to be popular.

A burlap memo board.  Match boxes ~ some with Christmas graphics.

Some with Alice graphics.

And some will have random images, like this one with bees.

Some sachets, which I do have listed in my Etsy!  I’ve got some suitable for everyday use and some will have Christmas graphics.  These have lavender and chamomile in them, which is supposed to be great for helping you fall off to sleep.  Something I need help with myself, so you can know that I keep one under my own pillow.

Some tags, of course.  I figure they will make for great fillers.  These will be getting packaged up.

These are my favorite so far.

I’m still working on more items, plus I’m bringing along whatever expires in my Etsy by the time the market rolls around.  So, I’ve been busy, but not so much for my own little projects!

  13. Oh Kathy, it certainly is not to early! Last spring when I did the FAncy Flea, I actually had everything done, packed, and ready to go a week ahead of time, it feels so good not to rush up to the last minute. I love everything, the tea towels are adorable and the memory boards and tags, great job and great start!
