Make Bows The Easy Way & A Giveaway

On my last post I showed you the hydrangea wreath I made and the bow I added to it.

I am horrible at making bows.  Luckily, the nice folks at Bowdabra sent me a bow maker to try out!  I followed the directions on the CD that came with the Bowdabra and proceeded to make a bow using some burlap ribbon.

I am so pleased with the way it all turned out!  I especially love that I have a bow I can be proud of!  This made it so much easier for me.  Here are some other bows that I saw on their blog.

    wow, your bows are looking professional. Love the flowers. I've been growing a hydrangea bush for 2 years now. It keeps coming back so I'm happy because I have such a brown thumb.

    OMG I sooooooo need to win this! I am a horrible bow maker - even my daughter *(who is a great and talented crafter) gave up on me.

    Your burlap bow is perfect. You must be ecstatic now you can make them!

    I'd love to make pretty bows (something I'm not particularly talented at!) for gift boxes and to embellish artwork, such as altered book covers. It was fun to read your post, and your bow on the wreath is just lovely!

    I'm not very good at making bows myself, so I'd use mine to replace all the lousy bows I've made for seasonal decor. Which is quite a few!

    I love making wreathes and there are so many other decorative projects that I take on that can use bows. This would be so handy to have and I am not the best bow maker and this would help sooo very much. :)
