Curvaceous Couches

Reading through my New York Spaces magazine this weekend, I came across this curvey sofa. The color, pattern and shape caught my eye, so I decided to see what else I could find. Below are some interesting examples.

    @ Room Service, it would seem a bit like a reception area. The first one makes me think of a hotel lobby or bar. Thank you! Likewise! : )

    It's kind of like an art piece and seating in one, Tiaa!

    You and me both, Jane. It would be interesting to see a spread in a magazine with that last one with a why they used it.

    I thought it was different, Amanda! I'm guessing it wouldn't work too well in an open concept living space.

    I probably looked at that picture the longest, Tracy! I'll bet that's a real conversation piece.

    That last sofa is actually kinda creepy -- it looks like a big bug climbing up the wall!!

    The other ones are far less creepy :-) The pink one in in the first picture is quite cool, in fact :-)

    Thanks, Maria! I love reading the responses to that climbing sofa.

    It was the pink one that started this post, Kelly! It did catch my eye, too. That last one doe seem like something out of the Adam Family or even Beetlejuice. I don't even want to know the price of this one!
