It IS A Sunroom!

Do you remember when I showed you this picture of the sunroom with all the boxes?

Well, it turns out there ARE windows in here and the sun does, indeed, come in.  It IS a sunroom!  I have a bunch of white tab top curtains that I had up in my gazebo at one time that should work in here.  Once they are washed and I get some rods I’ll get those up.

I am happy to say that I knocked the boxes out of this room in their entirety on Thursday {while I waited for cable and my new washer and dryer to arrive}.  Although, now it is very obvious how much we need some kind of furniture in here.  Tables and tuffets just won’t cut it!

If I keep my living room as is, then I will probably get a couple of comfy chairs for this room.   This is how the furniture is set up now {in its third trip around the room!}.

If hubby decides he wants his own comfy chair in the living room for television watching, then I’ll move my black and white wing chair and my Ikea Ektorp chair into the sunroom.  That’s about all it really needs!

There is not a lot of wall space in this sunroom, but I was able to put one bookcase on one wall and the second on the wall across from it.

Morning and afternoon shots.  I love how I got my shadow in the morning shot!

Still futzing with my accessories to see what works here and what doesn’t.  I put my interior decorating books on this bookcase.  Our DVD’s are in the drawers.  The teddy bear is there just for lack of a place to toss him.  Those pillows need to find a home, too.
