Night Time Perspective

I was sitting in our sunroom the other night watching television and, when I looked up from my chair, saw this.

Stuff on the floor and countertops, but I still liked what I was seeing.

This is our home and we are slowly but surely putting our stamp on it.

  1. Hi Kathy,
I'm sure that it is going to be a big adjustment, not only moving to a new home, but moving to a new state where things aren't so familiar.
When we moved to North Carolina, I felt lost but as time passed I gradually made friends and then started my little booth. I still long to go home to West Virginia, but I've come to realize this is now home.
I'm amazed at how much you have pulled it all together in such a short period of time.

Best wishes for your new life.

  4. Looks very peaceful. We love driving around in the evening and taking a peek (from our vehicle) into the way others live. Gives you lots of ideas.

  6. That is a great view. There's always that transition period when moving into a new home. It takes a bit but once you put your stamp on it, it will just feel like home. It's exciting and scary all at the same time. I'm enjoying watching the process. I can't wait to see more.

  13. WOW Kathy! Your really making progress. I love how you have already put prints on the walls and added your scrollie above the door.
Your sofa chair looks so comfy and I adore the pillow on it.
