Valentine Pillow

I decided to do a version of the PB pillow with the stockings that was around for the holidays, except I adapted it for Valentine’s Day.

I used fabric and a pillow form that I already had.  I don’t put much out for Valentine’s Day, so this will work just fine for me.

I may put something on the reverse so that this pillow can then stay out for the rest of the year and blend in with my regular décor.

  1. Hi Kathy,

Beautiful heart pillow! Did you sew or glue the pretty hearts on?

  7. This is darling. What a great idea to put something on the back, too. We should do that with all our pillows and double their use. Genius!

I don't decorate much for Valentines Day, now that the kids are grown, it seems like another Hallmark Holiday to me. I do love a little gift or card from hubby though!!

    XO,
    Jane

  16. Cute pillow Kathy!! The ones in your store are adorable!

I am so happy I can finally do something in the craft room. It's driving me crazy!! I can't wait to get rid of this carpet even if I have to replace it with cheap vinyl! lol...Yes, tile would have been better, but more expensive. This floor is only going to cost around $300 installed! yay! I'm just ready to have something I can sweep with a broom...I am really messy when I work. I hope you get to do your craft room soon. What are you going to do? I need ideas!

Glad you like where I put the piano...that was the only space I had for it. Have a great day!Kristen

  20. Hi Kathy,

Your Valentine pillow is so cute! It blends perfectly with your decor. I also noticed your red and white toile cushions (I REALLY love toile).

Thanks so much for your visit and your kind comments. I'm glad you liked the Christmas crackers. :) My husband worked on a computer project in England about 12 years ago, and he happened to be there a week before Christmas. They served a Christmas lunch to the employees, and they had Christmas crackers. I think they're very festive looking.

Hope you have a great week!

  24. Very pretty Valentine pillows. I have never decorated much for that occasion but I do love it and want to start.

You sound like you are enjoying Ohio. I'm so happy about that. Alex was in Dayton a few months ago and visited his family.
