I hit my local antique and flea mart Friday since I happened to be passing it on errands. I think it’s just about full up with vendors now and I always seem to find something here. This time it was these items.
A picture and a mirror that I bought for the frames. They were $1.00 a piece. {The vendor had just sold three large pieces and was in a really good mood!}. These will be getting makeovers for my Etsy shop.
This fabulous shelf piece! I thought it was a great price for $25.00. I’m going to paint it and put it in our main bathroom over the toilet.
Sturdy and I love the details on it. Love the curve to the shelves, too.
Now I just need to figure out which grey in the ASCP line I want to use and I’m thinking Old White for the accents.
Finally these sconces {from the same vendor I got the frames from ~ she charged me a total of $6.50 for the frames and these sconces}. I had thought at first I might paint them, but then I thought that the gold worked really well in my master bedroom. This is the spot where I thought they would work well.
I liked it, so here they are on the wall to fill the space between the mirror and the pictures.
I was really pleased with these finds! I’m looking forward to painting that shelf piece and getting it decorated for the bathroom. I may go back to that vendor since they had a corner one that would probably work well in our master bathroom.

You did find some great things! That shelf is perfect for your bathroom. The gold wall plaques look very nice over your dresser too. I haven't been to an antique store in a while. I really should go to just wander the aisles and look. It's so much fun.

Love the scones and the shelf. I still use gilded frames and such. I like gold items as well as silver or nickel. Depends on where they are going.
