**This Giveaway Has Ended.**
I couldn’t resist making that my title! On a trip to the dollar store several weeks ago I had bought these little ceramic fleur de lys pieces and they were my first Oil Rubbed Bronze guinea pig.
Friday I was in Dollar Tree for something else and they had added a couple of other fleur ceramic pieces ~ including these orbs. I got three and figured they would make a nice display on one of my fireplace mantles added with the other two.
I like them all in their bronze state! Here they are on my mantel with the picture frame and mirror frame I also did in Oil Rubbed Bronze.
Now, onto the giveaway!
Guess what Rustoleum sent me?
Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint!!!! A CASE of Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint!!!! Six lovely cans of ORB spray paint.
Can’t find it by you? Here is your opportunity to get a can for yourself!
I have not done a follower giveaway in a long time, but this one is a follower giveaway. It is my way of thanking you ~ my followers ~ for always being so supportive about what I share with you here on my blog. This is my way of letting you know that you are appreciated and that I appreciate your kindness.
I am giving away 4 of these cans to 4 winners! Count ‘em ~ 4!
Edited to clarify {just in case} ~ 4 cans, 4 winners is 1 can to each of the 4 winners.
To be entered in this giveaway you must be a follower of my blog and do the following:
Leave me a comment telling me what you think you might paint with your can of Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint.
Additionally, you can:
- Post about this giveaway on your blog {post or sidebar} and come back and let me know in a separate comment;
- Tweet about this giveaway and come back and let me know in a separate comment with your @ name.
Unfortunately, because this requires me mailing paint out to the winners, we are going to have to keep this limited to the U.S. {I promise next giveaway will include Canada}! If you do not have a blog but follow me, you must leave me an email address so that I can contact you if you win.
This giveaway will end on Friday, March 19th at 8:00 p.m., EST. Four winners will be chosen by random number generator and notified via blog post and email.
My thanks to Rustoleum for sending me this case of paint!

I am lovin' it!

ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by and your sweet comment on my first PB inspired project! I came back here to see what you have going on and found a giveaway on my new best friend "ORB"! I am now officially a follower! What wouldn't I use ORB on? :) I have already done a fan, 2 lamps, and will be doing another fan and anything else that will stand still long enough! I'd like to copy your idea and try it on my orbs that I picked up FRiday...do you mind?
ReplyDeleteI'll also feature your give away on my blog!
I love your finds and what you've done with them all. I've never used this spray paint yet but know exactly what I would use it on. My china cabinet handles and pulls. I am fixing to start the makeover of both my table, chairs and china cabinet.
ReplyDeleteWow! ORB is my new favorite spray paint but the Universal wasn't an option near me when I painted my faucets/etc.! It is my absolute favorite. I love the bronze sparkles! I have a metal cart I found at an estate sale that need freshened up. I'd love to win. ;)

Great giveaway! How did I miss this post?
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what I've been looking for. We recently remodeled our bathroom and the tub faucet could not be replaced because of the tile.
ReplyDeleteOf course you never see it in the pictures because of the different finish, Great Give Away! I truly need it!
Taking the button to my sidebar now for the giveaway!!

ReplyDeleteTweet. http://twitter.com/LADYHIGHTOWER/status/10709839831
ReplyDeleteI have an old mirror that handed down from my grandparents. It has been sitting in my basement for years, and I'm thinking a coat of this is just what it needs to bring it back to life and out of the basement!
ReplyDeleteTammy6071@sbcglobal.net
Did I miss throwing my name in the hat for this awesome giveaway???
ReplyDeleteLove your ideas! We plan to use the paint in our homeschool room. I have a great idea for some wrought iron planting baskets. We're going to use them to hold our markers for our dry erase board. Everything in the room is nature inspired and I think they'd be a perfect fit - but need a coat of paint :)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, please pick me! You can paint anything with this color! It is amazing! I just redid my son's crib and I sprayed the handles with this. Gorgeous! I also just redid a lamp. I think that I would like to redo and my handles in my kitchen with it too!
ReplyDeleteI would definitely paint an old mirror that I have as well as some candle holders and who knows what else!
ReplyDeleteI'm an ORB devotee' and a new follower. I am currently planning to 'unify' 3 light fixtures by painting them all ORB. I have 2 identical fixtures in my dining and kitchen rooms but one is brass (yuck) and one is brushed nickel. My family room ceiling light fixture is also brass. I've never painted light fixtures before, so I'm using the 2 basic fixtures as guinea pigs before tacking the ceiling fan.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower and just posted about your giveaway @

I'm following via Google Reader (does that count)? I've been searching high and low for this ORB paint, but can't seem to find it in my area. I want to transform some dated brass ceiling light fiXtures with it. ThanX for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI think some garden pots might be nice painted with this and if those look as good as I think they will.....I might just paint my hubby. :)
