The PrintRunner giveaway winner is listed at the end of this post.
I found so many fabulous finds at the thrift stores this past week. I was either more open to things {not having anything particular in mind}, I went on a Monday {which I don’t normally do}, or they just had some good stuff in. Lots of pictures ahead! First up, Goodwill.
This plant stand caught my eye because it folds up with the smallest tier going under the middle, then the middle under the tallest and it was $7.99. I put this outside our front door.
These French wood plaques. This pair will be heading to my Etsy. {Sold right after listing}.
This cheese dome, which will be getting cleaned and made over. Then it will be ready for Etsy.
This basket will be getting a spray of Heirloom White and I’m not sure if I’m keeping it or what.
Frames! So far, since I’ve started looking behind every rack of frames, I’ve been finding some good ones. These are headed to the Etsy, too. The one above will be getting painted.
This picture, which isn’t half bad, but I really loved the frame on it. I was going to paint it but I know there are a lot of yellow lovers out there, so I’m going to leave it “as is” right now and see if it sells. Plus, it looks like that great French Country yellow.
Finally, this globe, which I thought might look nice in our home office. It has an old world look to the map itself. I was going back and forth on whether or not to get it and finally decided that for $3.99 it was worth getting.
Then I hit Salvation Army. Half price on furniture today and they have lots of furniture here. I found this child’s table and chair for the granddaughter. This will get cleaned up and, since I still have some of that Antique Walnut gel stain that I used on the guest bedroom side tables, I will just apply the gel stain to the natural pine areas. A steal for $4.98 and everything is sturdy!
I’ll make some room and put this next to the hubby’s desk in the office so she can feel like she’s working, too.
Three glass dome cloches! They had a bunch more, too. I’ll be keeping one and the other two are headed to my Etsy.
This is the one I am keeping, just to give you a better idea of size, since it is probably hard to see them in the first picture.
This charming French courting couple in blue and white. Also headed to the Etsy shop. {Sold just after listing}.
This cute little hook piece. Already white, so I’m just going to clean it and use it in my craft/sewing room to hold the aprons I make. Couldn’t go wrong for $.99!
I should have all of the Etsy items listed over the next couple of days, so if you are interested in any of them I hope you will check out my shop. I do try to keep my prices reasonable because I know what I will spend on something and it’s not a lot!
