Repurposing A Pair Of Jeans Challenge

This is a challenge I am giving myself.  The challenge is to take a pair of my husband’s old jeans {that he was getting rid of} and seeing how many different things I can make out of that one pair of jeans.

If you’d love to play along, let me know in the comments and, maybe at the end of my challenge, I’ll set up a linky so others can show what they have made out of a simple pair of jeans, too.  You can get loads of ideas off pinterest ~ some of mine will come from there and others I’ve had in the back of my mind for some time.

So I hope you’ll follow along.  I will be sharing my first project at the end of this week!

Very tempting. Can't use Scott's jeans though, lol. Isn't much to them. =)

What a fun idea! I did this with my old jeans and made a wreath. It took five pairs of old jeans and days of cutting denim rectangle of fabric to tie to the wire form. It was a fun project; I can't wait to see what you do with this.

You are going to come up with something for sure, Kathy. I remember back in the 70's girls making purses with their old jeans. I have a friend at the lake who used her son and daughter's old jeans to make them quilts when they went off to college. She was (and is) very talented and ambitious!! :)
