Have you seen this great new book from Christina Strutt yet? Well, I have an opportunity to interview Ms. Strutt! Here is a link to her website in case you’d like to check it out.
I could use your help in coming up with some creative and out-of-the-box questions. I’m sure it would be nice for her, as well, to not be asked the same questions over and over again.
Here’s your chance ~ just leave a question you would like to know the answer to in a comment and I’ll add it to my own. I believe there will be a giveaway somewhere down the line, so make sure you check back with me!

If you only had $100 to spend on updating or adding to your country decor, how would you spend it and on what?

Hi Kathy....How about the mechanics of room arrangement.....we see alot of furniture arrangments but no one really gets to the basics of how to arrange your furniture to fit the footprint of the room and maximize the fit with the style of the room. Surely there are some 1,2,3 basics out there somewhere.
When do you know when enough is a enough in a space/room?

Can you ever do Country in some rooms but not in others?
Oh Kathy, looks like fun!! Your are sooo lucky. My question would be who or what has inspired her most as a decorator?
Kathy~ what a wonderful opportunity. I've no doubt you'll rise to the challenge and ask the question we'd like the answers too.
I am curious to know how difficult it is for any decorator/designer to separate themselves and stand out as unique and especially original from all others.
Sweet wishes,
Sara
Hi Kathy! Thanks for the tip on the book! Also...loved your bedroom post! Happy weekend...Debbie
She does a great job with color. What is her inspiration and if she could be any color in the crayola box which one would she be??
This is exciting. I would ask her what is the one piece of decor in her home that she would never sell or dispose of.
How exciting Kathy! I'll look forward to reading the interview!

I am looking forward to read your interview with this designer. Her book looks like it has lots of good stuff inside.
I would ask her what decorating magazines she likes to read and how often she changes the decor in her own home.

Wow, how fun Kathy...the only question I can think of that I'd love to know...something I always want to ask successful business women is, 'how do they manage thier time...do they stick to a stict shedule of sorts or is it just take each day as it comes?' ...I'm always wondering how to get more organized -I spend too much time thinking about organization! lol:)
can't wait to read your interview!
