I took an unintended blog break this past week. I have tried to motivate myself to decorate for Spring and Easter. A bit difficult to get in the mood since it just Won’t. Stop. Snowing. here! I’ve got to take some pictures of our master bedroom, so I can show off the new color to you (which I am really loving).
I will also have a post sharing some of my Spring and Easter decorating. I’m trying not to do the same old, same old.
I will be trying to catch up the best I can with all the blogs I have missed visiting!

This has been a long winter!
Hang in there, Kathy. Spring will come. Have a fun time away decorating. xo Diana
I was wondering where you were and I don't blame you. I have the same mood going here. More snow coming tonight. I'm SOOOOOOO done with winter.

Can't wait to see Kathy!
Sending sunny thoughts. xo
I've been trying to work on my spring decor too. It's slow going. It's cloudy and snowing every day

Hi, Kathy...I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! We haven't had this much snow in central Ohio in YEARS!! I'm not in dire straits yet, because I've never cared much for March--it's usually gloomy and windy, at least here--so I'm not expecting much for this month. Would I LIKE to see spring??? You bet!! :)
PS - The picture is a riot!! Stay warm and happy. ~Zuni
Hi Kathy, what a great pic to describe the frustration of this winter. If it makes you feel better, we are having ice and sleet with freezing temps. Yuk!
So ready for spring and some new decor redos too.
Hugs, CM
Kathy I know how you feel!! We just had another 5 inches fall last night...there's no where to put all this snow...The snow on our pool deck is 4 feet high...I told the hubby this snow will be hear till June lol!
I know the feeling. My energy has been zapped this winter, and, we had a string of dreary days with no sunshine. I'm sure whatever you come up with will be beautiful.
Looking forward to your Spring decor, but it is so hard to think of Spring when the snow keeps coming!
Hang in there Kathy!
I feel ya, it's the same way here. But I am looking forward to seeing your bedroom. I just want it to go AWAY! But I hear today it's expected to be 40 here next week....a heat wave.
We had snow last week and a temperature of 78 today; go figure! Weather in the south!
I know many of us can relate to your post. I've been fighting the blogging blues lately too.
Thanks for visiting, Kathy.

Everyone needs a break now and then so don't feel bad. I wish it would stop snowing for you too. This winter has been brutal for all of you in the east. Hoping you get an early spring.
That picture is perfect. It' got to quit one of these days. Stay warm and safe.
Thanks for the laugh! We are having another storm today. I was patting myself on the back for how well I am dealing with all this winter weather, then I suddenly though - it's the anti-depressant the doctor put me on! (4 deaths 5 months) Maybe they should just add it to the town water supply right about mid - February. You know 1st hand what people can be like close to the city with parking and all the snow.
Blogging breaks are an occupational hazard lol esp. with such crappy weather. We have snow, covered in ice. Temps are balmy with a high of 17 today (at least it's above zero!) I know exactly what you mean about lacking motivation to decorate for spring. By the time I feel it people will be blogging about 4th of July!

Wishing someone would hit the off switch on that snow machine!
xo
OMG!! you folks have really gotten nailed with snow this year...it has to STOP soon!
Carol
LOL Western Pa here so it's been YOU in Ohio sending it all my way!!? :)
I just cannot stop laughing at that hilarious picture. It is exactly how we've been feeling and isn't this better weather AWESOME?
Someone told me it is supposed to be in the 70s on Wednesday and SNOW again on Thursday. No, I didn't hit her, just kinda died inside a little, haha.
Hope it isn't true. Ugh.
