I am participating in the week long blog party, with Wednesday’s post having a theme of “Summer Porches & Decks” hosted by Kim from Savvy Southern Style. However, I don’t have a porch or a deck ~ I have a screened gazebo and a patio, so I am showing those off.
When you come outside the sliding glass doors that are off the kitchen side of the house {which are the doors we use most often} this is the view. To the right is some lawn and a raised bed, which I’ve shared before when it has been covered in snow.
My patio runs the full length of the back of my house and paths run off the patio.
One curvy path leads to the shed and, back behind the doors we came through, the path leads to the steps to the pool and around to the gate that leads to the driveway.
Behind the white fence you see here is our in-ground pool.
Here we are at the gazebo. I have my fairy bell outside the door as well as one of several cherubs I have in the yard.
I’d love to give you a tour of the inside of the gazebo, but I didn’t have time to clean it up.
Here is a view looking back to the patio and the sliding doors from the gazebo.
Next to and just behind the gazebo is a Weeping Willow tree. I grew this tree from a branch of a Weeping Willow tree that had been in our yard and was a victim of The Great Hurricane of ‘95. I set up the round glass table underneath it for the Mad Hatter Tea Party linky that I am participating in on Saturday, so you are getting a sneak peek here!
I’m sure there is lots of eye candy and inspiration, so I hope you will visit all the party participants!

Oh how I love that rock wall, gazebo and ruffled tablecloth!
The sad part about living in Phoenix is that right now my porch and back yard is the last place that I want to be. :) But on the up side it is lovely 9 other months of the year.
Wow, Kathy! You have a fabulous yard (though it seems odd to call it a yard...more like an estate!) I love how all of the little paths lead to different places or structures. What fun to have a gazebo! And your table setting looks beautiful...love the tablecloth!
Thank you for your sweet visit to Girl in Pink!
Best Wishes and Blessings,
Amanda
Everything is so lovely Kathy! Your gazebo is just gorgeous and I loved the sneak peek at the tea party. :-)

This is so pretty! Gives me lots of ideas. I have a concrete patio as well that really needs an intervention. :) I will try to post it soon so if you see it, please check it out. I would love your input!

This is so GORGEOUS Kathy! Live the patio and the walkways and all of the foliage! Sooooo pretty! It has been in the upper 90's and until yesterday have had NO rain, so everything is just PARCHED!! Oh, the joys of living in the deep South!
Hope you are having a great week!!

It all looks SO * LOVELY!! Truly it does! I too planted a sprig of curly willow (from my inventory!) Mine was just last fall, so it's still just a twig with leaves on it. Hope mine takes off.
I am another fan of your beautiful tablecloth. Do tell where the lovely thing came from, please!!

Hi Kathy! Oh, I love your patio ~ especially the gazebo. I've been wanting to do a patio for years (and having a pool would be super-sweet too!), but something else always takes over.
Thanks for sharing your great outdoor space!
Loving your patio and gazebo Kathy! It looks very inviting!
Hi Kathy, I love your wavy path. Everything looks so inviting! The sneak peek of your cute table was fun. I love the tablecloth. Will look forward to an invite inside your gazebo at a later date. One can hope. Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog.
Hey Kathy~
What a backyard! Goodness, it's so pretty but I see why you might enjoy a "courtyard garden" after all the work you must put in to keep it up. Loved my visit.
What a lovely yard! I love brick patios, and yours has such a nice, natural curve that blends well with the landscape.
I love the gazebo! The rest of your garden is lovely too. I will be back to see the tea party.
I love, love, love the rock wall. The gazebo is to die for too.
Oh what a lovely space! I miss my backyard. It's so awesome to go out side in the evening and have a martini. And you'd never know that you once had snow!
Popping over to say hello for the "Blog Party"! this is a gorgeous setting - that is a pretty screened gazebo! i host a garden party on Thursday's & would love to have you come by to peek around or even link up?!? hope to see you sometime! xoox, tracie
