Coffee tables with wheels? Well, of course! When I saw some of these coffee tables, I just knew I had to share them with you. Although they might not be a good idea if you have small children {I’m sure they would be turned into some vehicle or other during play time}.

I agree - fun to admire, but may not work in my house. That would really hurt if you stubbed your toe!
I like most of these especially that one from the Country Living magazine. I can't remember which blog I saw it on but someone posted a photo of an old library cart used as an end table. I loved it!
They look cool!! I especially like the one from Restoration Hardware. It's been YEARS since I've been in that store. And there are many times where I wish our coffee table was on wheels, but I can see all sorts of "accidents" happening with one of those in my house, LOL

My kiddos would probably "ride" the table, but I love the one from Restoration Hardware - very rustic and refined at the same time.

I personally LOVE them. Especially the more worn looking they are....could you imagine how easy it would be to rearrange?!
I have seen a couple I like. Most are a little too industrial and young for me. I think of young couples having these. The key that you mentioned you like in my sister's home tour is a recent find at Hobby Lobby. Only five dollars at half off.
I love the second one but I know they'd be a bad idea in my home!
My favorite of these is the Country Living one - it's just so much fun!
ok, i really am not liking the wheel thing. But i have been seeing it around. Plus my son would have a hay day!!lol.. mishelle
There's a new one in the Pottery Barn Catalog I got today too, only they were using it outdoors.
I think one of these would be better for me practicality wise,,,I have a big old Chest and it's hard to move to get at the Golden Retriever hair!
My old vintage Workbench in my studio is on wheels, it's Great!

I like how they look but I am sure one of my kids would hurt themselves or something.
I like the industrial look of them but oh my goodness---NO. My boys would kill themselves with a table like this in our home.
Love the second one (I think originally a Pottery Barn product?) and the yellow industrial cart. Not a look for my house but I sure would like to decorate a room around one for someone someday. They're just so much fun.

First let me thank you for your visit. Love to hear from you. May I say you have been bsuy. So many great ideas. Love the place mats (especially cause their PINK!) The Easter photo on your dollar store bookplates are perfect. boy are you right about the cost of things at Goodwill and Salvation Army. There are times I can use a coupon at the craft store and get things for less! I went to my first Estate sale this weekend and since it was the last day, I got a few deals. It was a bit weird though, going through someone else's house. By the way, I commented on your post at It's so Very Cheri and she has asked me to to a post on april 15th. Now I just need to figure out what to do. Wishing you a blessed Easter!

I've been seeing these quite a bit lately, and they're starting to grow on me. I think a table with wheels would be ideal in our finished basement. That's where the boys and their friends hang out mostly, and they're always moving the furniture around.
I assume most of these table's wheels have a locking mechanism? That would be my only concern.
I think in the right space they work for sure! Great images!
I got a chuckle when I dropped in here today - I just received a flyer in the mail from Ikea and they're showcasing a coffee table with wheels on their front page and I found myself thinking how much I liked it! We were thinking along the same lines today, Kathy ;-)
