The Holiday Market

Very disappointing; and that’s all I’ll say.  I did make several sales, thanks to my friend, Sue; my daughter’s friend, Emily; the vendor across from us; and a woman who worked at the golf club.  So, I’ll be listing lots of things in my Etsy.  Some of them bigger than I normally would sell.

Some small items.

Maybe you will find just the right Christmas gift for someone on your list!

It was nice to spend the day with my daughter, though, and the surrounding vendors were all very friendly.    Now to get back to normal!

We just need to find us a place to sell our "treasures," Kathy! The right venue is hard to find when doing a bazaar. I'm glad I could contribute to your sales, though. :-) Have a Happy Turkey Day! Sue

So sorry Kathy. Nothing ventured nothing gained. It just may not be the right venue for your creations.

I hope you have a great thanksgiving.

I can SO identify!!! It takes awhile to develop a following and I don't have any brilliant ideas for you! I did find a consignment shop with a high end clientele who loves (some) of my things. If you can find one, I'd suggest that as a way to develop your following. Don't give up and TRY to not get discouraged.....I'm talking to MYSELF here too! LOL

Really? I thought your stuff was so cute! Sorry it didn't work out this time but don't let that stop you from doing these types of venues.

Phooey, Kathy- I know you're disappointed after all the work you put into it. It must have just been the wrong spot, because your stuff would sell like hotcakes at the market I did and am doing again next week.

That's so sad Kathy! Sorry to hear that! Craft sales can be so hit & miss sometimes...it all depends on how well the event is promoted and how many other events are going on on the same day! I've been there when I used to sell scrapbooking supplies way back when. It's a lot of work lugging all the stuff there and setting up too. Please know that you have real talent and your creations are incredible! Angie xo
