Fleece Ruffled Throw

I was in Joann’s recently looking for a specific fabric.  I didn’t find it, but I did find this grey fleece in the remnant bins, along with this white cotton remnant.   I’ll use the white for something else, but today is about the fleece.

The fleece was about 1 1/4 yards and is the perfect size for a throw.  I used a grey and white stripe fabric {that I used on one of those jeans aprons I made a couple of weeks ago} for a ruffle.

Now, I’ve got a pretty little throw that I will use at the end of the bed in our guest bedroom and it cost me less than $10.00!

It's perfect - I love what you did with the fleece - adding the ruffle!! And fleece is so comfy-snuggly and warm!! And there's so little weight to fleece too!

What a pretty throw! Did you line it? I'm wondering what the back looks like and how the ruffle was attached if there was no backing. Looks like a great project for quick gifts.
