I was thrilled when I found out that there is an antique show and flea market event not far from me {about an hours drive}. This will be the first big event like this I will be going to and I’m very excited about it! I checked out some of the pictures in the photo gallery of the Springfield Antique Show and Flea Market’s website to whet my appetite.
I’m planning on going on Friday, May 18th {it goes through the weekend}, so maybe I’ll see some of the Ohio bloggers there! This is for the Extravaganza and I think they are actually open every weekend. I’m hoping I might get lucky and find that potting bench I want for my sunroom.
In any event, I plan on bringing my camera so I will have lots of pictures to share. Besides, I need to get myself in gear for the Country Living fair that comes through in September. I just missed it last year!

Hopefully feeling strong and energetic enough - this Whooping Cough has certainly taken its toll on us but boy does it sound awesome and if this incredibly perfect weather continues it is either that or an impromptu tea party - two things for a perfect weather weekend I love much!

It looks awesome! My friends from Ohio tell me that the state has amazing antique places. There's a great antique flea market here on the east side of Michigan that is held in June and September. I save up a lot of money for it now. Everything is so cheap, and there are such great finds there. I can't wait to blog about it this year. Have fun! :) ~ Jamie

I have a praise in that our home has officially sold. I now have just 32 to days to find a home, pack and move. A little pressure? :) We put a bid on a home yesterday that will give "The Money Pit" a run for it's money.
